PK3

Our Early Childhood program offers a structured and developmentally appropriate academic atmosphere. Our goals for every student are: to develop a love for Jesus, engage in play with peers, and learn school procedures. We take the whole-child approach by teaching and nurturing all areas of a child’s development and learning–from social-emotional and cognitive skills to Bible, literacy, math, music, social studies, and science understanding. P.E. is offered for both the PK3 and Pre-K students. Additionally, Pre-K students are offered Spanish, music, and art. We use hands-on learning activities that are fun and engaging throughout the school year. This learning environment is linear starting in the PK3 program and leads into our Pre-K program where students continue to learn, develop, and master these skills.

My name is Bill Sturdivant, and my wife, Edie, and I have been married for 48 years. We have five kids: Leslie, Catrina, Desirae, William II, and Draper. I have a certificate in Teacher Mastery and a bachelor's degree in Family Consumer Science. This is my third year here at Lincoln. I always wanted to be a part of Lincoln since it started over 20 years ago, but I would let the opinions of others and my past keep me from my pursuit. I think God put a purpose in me that I am still seeking. That's why I can't stop my quest.
