English 8 Teacher/Head Baseball Coach

My name is Greg Harmon. I am in my 12th year teaching, 7th year as a Head Coach, and it is my first year at LCS! I have been married to my wife Kim for 13 years and we have three boys that attend LCS. Hayes is our oldest and is in Kindergarten. We also have twin boys, Will and Owen, that attend the PK-3 program. LCS was the easiest choice we have made as a family. I have attended COTM since I was 5 years old. We have many memories of the Christmas Train and Dry Gulch, as well as watching all the Gospel Bill kids shows. We love having our family plugged into a community that seeks to develop Godly character and pushes academic and athletic excellence! We are so thankful to be a part of Lincoln Town! One fun fact about myself, is that I really enjoy golf - even though I am not very good at it!

7 English/Yearbook

My name is Kayla Fletcher, and I teach seventh grade English. I also serve as the yearbook adviser and high school student council sponsor. This is my third year at Lincoln Christian School, and I love being a Bulldog! I chose to teach at LCS because working in a life-giving environment that truly cares about students is very important to me. I get to witness that every single day at LCS. For fun, I enjoy reading a good book and visiting antique stores. I look forward to all that God has in store this year!

English 10 & AP Language

Hello! My name is Mary Clare Mansfield and I have been teaching English literature and writing for 25 years. I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois (Go Cubs!). I earned my bachelor’s degree in English in 1997 from Loyola University in Chicago. After college, I moved to Denver, Colorado to seek new outdoor adventures. I love hiking, camping and snow skiing. I earned my master’s degree in the Teaching of Writing from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2004. I met my husband David, a Colorado native and an ORU graduate, and we moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2004. We have attended Church on the Move for 19 years and our three daughters attend Lincoln Christian School. We love that our children are receiving a Christ-centered education. We are 100% invested in COTM and LCS, and we are passionate about helping make our church and school community the best it can be. Go Bulldogs!

11 & 12 English Teacher

My name is Ote Staton, and I am the 11th and 12th grade English teacher at LCS. I graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham - Go Blazers! - with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. My wife, Kara, and I live in Broken Arrow with our daughter, Renly June. We enjoy watching movies, meditating in nature, and listening to live music of any genre. This is my second year at LCS, and I attend the Broken Arrow COTM campus where I also participate on the men’s softball team. My goal for your students is that they grow in their understanding of written and spoken language so that they might effectively communicate their Christ-centered worldviews to the community around them.

English Department Head/9th English Teacher/Varsity Cheer Coach

My name is LeeAnn Dowler. I am the English Department Head, 9th grade English teacher, and Varsity Cheer Coach at LCS. The last few years I taught in our wonderful History Department, but English has always been my passion. I am in my 12th year here at Lincoln Christian School, and I absolutely love it. I would not want to teach anywhere else. I cheered at and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, even though I am an avid OU fan through and through (I know...it throws people off all the time…BOOMER SOONER). I have been a member of Church on the Move since 1996 and was part of the very first team of teachers here at Lincoln Christian School. To see the growth and change of this school has been such an amazing sight to behold. I am so proud to work at a school where the environment: spiritually, academically, and professionally, are second to none. My husband and I are the parents to five incredible children: Jace, Cale, Jaxon, Ryann, and Layla. We both love sports (especially football), and spend our summers at Grand Lake. God has truly blessed us in every way. We are so grateful.

Spanish Teacher

My name is Beck Edens and I am the Secondary Spanish teacher, new to Lincoln Christian School. I attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University where I earned my BA in Business Management and minor in Foreign Language Specialization. I attended Oklahoma State University for graduate school, focusing on education. I have taught Spanish in the public school system for 20 years. I am a mom to two amazing boys, Ty (18 years old and preparing to become a fireman) and Cole (a new freshman and football player to Lincoln). In my spare time I love to travel, workout, run, and work on my side career in real estate. Fun fact: I grew up on the mission field in Alaska and love to visit my family there every chance I get. I know I am going to love the Christ-centered and family atmosphere of this school and look forward to a fabulous year!
