My name is Carissa Poverud, and I teach first grade at Lincoln! I've been in education for 12 years, six of which have been at LCS. I have been married to my husband, Nic, for 8 years. We have a 20 month old daughter named Ember and another little girl arriving in January 2024! I love working at Lincoln because it is such a positive culture. It is evident all of the staff and families love Jesus. One thing you should know about me is that I love Mexican food. Queso, queso, queso!
