Lincoln Christian School is fully accredited with the International Christian Accrediting Association (ICAA) and AdvancEd, the world's largest education community, representing 23,000 public and private schools and districts in 30 states and 65 countries, and serving nearly 15 million students. The ICAA is recognized by the State of Oklahoma and approved for full membership in the National Council for Private School Accreditation (NCPSA), a national consortium for the recognition of qualifying private school accrediting associations in the United States. The ICAA is also an active member of the Oklahoma Private School Accreditation Council (OPSAC).

Lincoln Christian School is a member in good standing with the Oral Roberts University Educational Fellowship (ORUEF). The NCA CASI is an organization that accredits over 8,500 public and private schools for 19 states in the central United States. Lincoln Christian School is also a member of the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA).
