Students attend school on campus 2 days a week. There will be regular class time for instruction, projects, activities, and specials, including chapels, lunch, assemblies, after school activities, library, group work, etc. This year, Kindergarten students are not combined with other grades while 1st and 2nd grade students are grouped together, as are 3rd and 4th along with 5th and 6th respectively. K-4th grades are located in the elementary building while the 5th and 6th grades are in the Intermediate/Oneighty building.
HOME DAYS:
Students are home 3 days a week. On home days, parents can easily customize the day. We will help with suggested learning schedules, but this teaching flexibility depends on you. Each student is different but plan on the average of 3-5 hours a day of school related work. Flexibility is one of the many benefits of Lincoln Christian School: Hybrid.
At first, families will want to focus on the rhythm of school at home, especially with kids in multiple grades. Soon, families will have a handle on the flow of the day, and students will grow to become self-starters with the proper guidance.
